About The Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth across the UK housebuilding sector. You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building relationships with developers, and driving strategic partnerships that expand our footprint in large-volume residential projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a Sales strategy targeting National and Regional House Builders
  • Build and maintain strong Relationships with key Decision-Makers
  • Lead Client Presentations, Proposals, and Tender Submissions
  • Collaborate with our technical and operations teams to deliver seamless Project Onboarding
  • Monitor Market Trends and Competitor Activity to inform Strategy.
  • Represent UKA Solar Systems at Industry Events and Networking opportunities

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in B2B Sales, ideally within Construction, Renewables, or Property development
  • Strong Network within the UK Housebuilding sector
  • Excellent Communication, negotiation, and Presentation Skills
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a passion for sustainability
  • Ability to travel and work flexibly across the UK
